塩ポンず

Shio-Ponzu is a new type of seasoning mixed with sea salt prepared by evaporating Kumano-nada seawater in a flat caldron, five kinds of citrus, and soup stock made form kombu seaweed and dried bonito.

◆Ingredients: kombu seaweed, citrus (yuzu, daidai, sudachi, yuko, and kabosu), bonito soup stock, salt, amazake hon mirin, fermented seasonings (rice), sugar
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, and away from direct sunlight. (In refrigerator after opening.)
◆Use within one year from production for best quality.


ちゃんぽん酢

ちゃんぽん酢

Champonzu is the real traditional ponzu sauce. We use a generous amount of citrus juice (yuzu, daidai, yuko, kabosu, and sudachi), and added some soup stock (bonito, kombu seaweed, and shiitake mushroom).

◆Ingredients: citrus (yuzu, daidai, yuko, kabosu, and sudachi), Japanese apricot, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybean and wheat), hon mirin, amazake, natural broth (bonito, kombu seaweed, and shiitake mushroom)
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, and away from direct sunlight. (In refrigerator after opening.)
◆Use within one year from production for best quality.


   
すだち昆布ぽん酢
すだち昆布ぽん酢

Sudachi-Kombu-Ponzu is excellent ponzu sauce made from fresh sudachi (citrus) juice and rich kombu seaweed soup stock.

◆Ingredients: sudachi (citrus) juice, kombu seaweed, hon mirin, amazake, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce including soybean and wheat)
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, and away from direct sunlight. (In refrigerator after opening.)

手しぼり柚子ぽん酢

Namashibori-Yuzu-Ponzu is traditional ponzu sauce made from local fresh yuzu (citrus) seasoned with honjozo shoyu (soy sauce), amazake, hon mirin, and so on. Not included fermented vinegar.

◆Ingredients: yuzu (citrus) juice, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybean and wheat), amazake, hon mirin, fermented seasoning (rice), kombu seaweed, dried bonito flakes
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, and away from direct sunlight. (In refrigerator after opening.)

手しぼり橙ぽん酢
手しぼり橙ぽん酢

Namashibori-Daidai-Ponzu is traditional daidai (citrus) ponzu sauce made from fresh daidai. Daidai is considered to have the best aroma and flavor, and to be an original citrus for ponzu sauce. We use a large quantity of fresh daidai juice and seasoned it with natural ingredients.

◆Ingredients: daidai (citrus) juice, honjozo shoyu (soy sauce, including soybean and wheat), kombu seaweed, amazake, hon mirin, fermented seasoning (rice), shichimi (Japanese spice mixture)
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, and away from direct sunlight. (In refrigerator after opening.)
◆Use within one year from the date of manufacture.


手しぼり柚子
手しぼり柚子

Teshibori-Yuzu is hand squeezed yuzu (citrus) juice. We use local yuzu made in Kozagawa-cho, next to Nachikatsuura-cho. (Five percent salt is added to stabilize the product.)

◆Ingredients: yuzu (citrus), salt (five percent)
◆Storage: Store in refrigerator.
◆Use within one year from the date of manufacture.

Teshibori-Daidai is fresh organic local daidai (citrus) juice. Daidai juice is described the best aroma and flavor among other fruit juice.

◆Ingredients: organic daidai (citrus), natural salt
◆Storage: Store in refrigerator.
