Kurozu-Vermont is condensed healthy drink made from unpolished sticky rice black vinegar and good quality honey. Dilute it five or six-fold in water to drink.
◆Ingredients: unpolished sticky rice black vinegar, raw honey (filtered), Japanese apricot
◆Storage: Store in cool dark place, away from direct sunlight.
◆Use within one year from production.
Ume-Kurozu is authentic Japanese apricot black vinegar made from Nachi-Kurokomesu, Kishu-ume (Japanese apricot), and rock sugar which blends well with Kishu-ume. It takes for three months for fermentation and aging. Dilute it three or four-fold in water to drink.
